About

Hello and thanks for stopping by! Welcome to the Florida SLED Gives Back page, your one-stop shop for giving and donations here at Cisco. Using a single site, we'll be able to track the generous giving that has become synonymous with the Florida SLED team. We pride ourselves in helping others in our communities and beyond, so by creating this fund we can continue to make that impact while working with Cisco to match our efforts. Even better, this will be our go-to page for giving going forward! Meaning, as we make our quarterly shifts to different causes, we can add the new non-profits to the site, while keeping the old ones intact. Looking to make this as easy as possible for everyone; please consider making an impact today! Kevin and Cody

Mercy Corps U.S.

At Mercy Corps, we are powered by the belief that a better world is possible. Our mission is to alleviate suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people build secure, productive and just communities. In disaster and in hardship, in more than 40 countries around the world, we work with global and local leaders to put bold solutions into action. Together, we are helping people triumph over adversity and build stronger communities — now, and for the future.

International Committee of the Red Cross

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and to provide them with assistance. The ICRC also endeavours to prevent suffering by promoting and strengthening humanitarian law and universal humanitarian principles. Established in 1863, the ICRC is at the origin of the Geneva Conventions and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. It directs and coordinates the international activities conducted by the Movement in armed conflicts and other situations of violence.

International Medical Corps

We provide training and deliver healthcare and related services to those affected by conflict, natural disaster or disease. We do this no matter where in the world they may be or what the conditions. We train people in their own communities, providing them the skills needed to recover, to chart their own path to self-reliance and to shape their own future as they become effective First Responders.

Nova Ukraine

Nova Ukraine's mission:1. Provide humanitarian aid to vulnerable groups and individuals in Ukraine.2. Raise awareness about Ukraine in the United States and throughout the world.3. Support Ukraine in its effort to build a strong civil society, to reform its educational system, and to eliminate corruption.

Americares

Americares saves lives and improves health for people affected by poverty or disaster so they can reach their full potential.

Save the Children

Save the Children believes every child deserves a future. In the United States and around the world, we work every day to give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. When crisis strikes, and children are most vulnerable, we are always among the first to respond and the last to leave. We ensure children’s unique needs are met and their voices are heard. We deliver lasting results for millions of children, including those hardest to reach. We do whatever it takes for children – every day and in times of crisis – transforming their lives and the future we share.

World Central Kitchen, Inc.

Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises while working to build resilient food systems with locally led solutions. WCK has served more than 200 million fresh meals to people impacted by natural disasters and other crises around the world. WCK’s Resilience Programs strengthen food and nutrition security by training chefs and school cooks; advancing clean cooking practices; and awarding grants to farms, fisheries, and small food businesses while also providing educational and networking opportunities.
